Vegan korma
This is such a fragrant and tasty vegan baby led weaning curry for sweet potato lovers. The veggies cook softly and is perfect to give to babies from 6 months old.

Ingredients
- 3 sweet potatoes
- 1 cup broccoli
- 1 cup cashews
- 1 onion
- 1 teaspoon garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon ginger paste
- 1 tablespoon curry paste
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 2 cups coconut cream
Instructions
Step 1
Prepare the vegetables (sweet potatoes, broccoli and onion)
Step 2
Place the Cashew nuts in a bowl with 1 cup of warm water and set aside for 10 minutes
Step 3
Then place the cashews and water into a blender. Process until smooth.
Step 4
Heat oil in a wok or big pan.
Step 5
Add the onion and the spices. Fry until lightly browned.
Step 6
Add the sweet potatoes and coconut cream to the pan.
Step 7
Give everything a big stir and simmer until the sweet potato is starting to get soft.
Step 8
Add the broccoli and the cashew paste and stir. Simmer for a few more minutes until everything is combined and cooked.
