Lamb chops and wedges

A simple baby led weaning meal that your whole family can enjoy. Also makes a great toddler meal if you serve it with extra veggies.

Ingredients

Serves 6

  • 6 lamb chops
  • Half a pack potato wedges
  • Half a pack sweet potato wedges
  • 3 cups broccoli

Instructions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 180 degrees fan bake

Step 2

Line a baking tray with baking paper

Step 3

Arrange lamb chops and veggies on tray

Step 4

Sprinkle with seasoning

Step 5

Bake for 10 minutes, turn and bake for 10 minutes more or until cooked
