Coconut oatmeal cookies
My toddler boy likes to bake and eat cookies. Luckily I make them healthier by using Stevia instead of sugar and coconut flour instead of normal flour. That way tgese cookies are an everyday toddler snack that you can also give to a baby for baby led weaning breakfast or snack.
These cookies are soft, chewy and contains healthy oats and coconut. It's hard to eat only one. Lucky they are healthy for you.(source)
