No Bake Caramel Cheesecake Bliss Balls

These bliss balls are super healthy, soft to eat and contains lots of healthy fats for healthy development in kids.

Both my kids loved these bliss balls and they are easy to put together (they are low carb too).

  • 30g butter
  • 4 tablespoons sweetener of choice
  • 4 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 1 cup almond flour (use sunflower flour for nut free option)
  • 0.5 cup dessicated coconut, plus some more to roll balls in
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence

Step 1

Melt the butter, sweetener and cream cheese over medium heat until a thick caramel sauce forms (stir often)

Step 2

Add the rest of the ingredients and stir until a ball forms

Step 3

Roll 1 tablespoon of the mix into balls and roll in the coconut flakes

Step 4

Let sit in fridge for 15 minutes before serving
