Baby's Favorite Soup
- 1 onion
- 3 carrots
- 2 celery sticks
- 2 Bay leaves
- 3 potatoes
- 2 cans of butter beans, drained
- 1 can of crushed tomatoes
- 2 blocks chicken stock
- 2 packets chicken soup powder
- 1.5 liter water boiled or enough to cover the veggies
Dice the veggies and cook for a few minutes in oil in a big pot until browned.
Dissolve the chicken stock and powder in a little bit of water.
Add the rest of the ingredients.
Simmer on medium until soft, about an hour or so.
When the veggies are soft, add spoonfuls to a blender and process until smooth, leaving some of it whole if you prefer.
