Blueberry bliss balls

Published on

This recipe is adapted from a blog. The original recipe was a bit dry so I made a few changes and now it's much better and more moist. My toddler son also likes it more (he had 6 balls the other day).

I've been searching for low sugar (date free) bliss balls and found these. They don't contain any dates, so is perfect for children to protect their teeth.

Ingredients

1 cup blueberries, thawed

0.75 cup rolled oats

1 tablespoon honey or 1 tablespoon coconut oil and sweetener to taste

1/3 cup coconut flour

1 tablespoon chia seeds soaked in 2 tablespoons water for 10 minutes

1 cup dessicated coconut

1 tablespoon ground lsa mix

Directions

Blend everything in a food processor and form 1 tablespoon into balls.
