Making Tracks With Playdough and Toy Cars
My son liked the idea of running the cars through the playdough to form different tracks with the wheels and the cars. We used various shapes and sizes of cars. He learned cause and effect, sensory play and he had fun. Also he used his playdough again in a fun and new way.
What You Need
- Playdough
- Toy cars and trucks
- Rolling pin
Instructions
Step 1
Make your playdough or get out your used dough
Step 2
Get together your cars and trucks
Step 3
Roll out some playdough with a rolling pin
Step 4
Let your child run the cars and trucks through the playdough and discuss the different tracks they make
